One camp, two stories. Hear the whole dramatic story, during and after the occupation, when the camp went from being a prison camp to a penal camp.
This talk gives you the whole story of the camp, which changed purpose after liberation. From August 1944, when 12,000 Danish prisoners lived under the Gestapo regime in constant fear of deportation, to the period 1945-49, when 3,500 traitors served their sentences. An introductory overview, supported by authentic photographs from both periods.
